Death Of A Bee On The Pavement

Three is the right number for us,
Free is the right way to be.
Let me I draw a third eye
On your forehead,
Awaking awareness
With my fingertips.
Fashion me a brand new arm,
Make it strong, make it hard,
Turn the clay and shadows
Into rivers and stones.

From now on, all you'll see
Will be the true state of things.
It is a benediction,
And, oh! is it a curse
That I apply on you
Lovingly!
Though I am no Pygmalion,
I could never have really fathomed
The way to shape your mind.

I am simply a painter,
Who can only create
Golden letters to hang
On an evening sky.

There is a hole inside my heart,
There is an emptiness that grows.
There is a hole inside my brain,
An overflowing sea of flaws.

There is a song inside my veins,
And where ever I walk it goes
'Hallelujah, Hallelujah,
Hallelujah,Hallelujah,
Maybe one day I won't be vain,
Maybe some day I won't feel pain'.

I am already flying inside my head.

Black China Ink

I will tattoo your name on my shoulder
With a black china ink,
It would stay for ever
If you break everything,
This one will remain
Like a diamond under my skin,
Showing up my chains

When your words of love turn out to be poison
This one will be kept safe,
For me to always be able to remember
Nothing will last forever
Without you
There can be no happily ever after
Without you

I still cannot get why
I could not foresee
You would bring me to my knees
And when the end comes,
There will be nothing left to do
For my shoulder
But to keep on burning

My empty heart overflows as the black china ink
Faithfully whispers
Words whose meaning will stay true for me
Nothing will last forever
Without you
There is no happily ever after
Without you

I open all the bridges and let the rivers flow
I'll smash all the mirrors that cannot help to show
How suffocated I became lately
Because it just doesn’t look like me

How Strange It Is To Find That My Heart Is A Lone Walker

Foxes,
You look at me
From afar
Wondering why I would be
Sleeping
On a bed
Of freshly dead
Leaves
A tree's lost feathers.

I have traveled
Through the moon crescents,
I hid
At the very bottom
Of the deepest blue seas.
And I know you were right.
And I always knew you were right.

Wishing isn't dreaming
But it feels good all the same.
Sleeping isn't living,
That's why it's so boringly sane.
We should all live
Without a plan
Whenever we can
Just try it out,
Take a chance:
Life, it is just a game.

It's alright
To get lost sometimes.
Let's take a wrong turn,
Get out of the map.
I've never learned more
About life,
I've never been more human,
Than the times
I was late.

Bad timing, wrong step...

Foxes, we just stare
At each other
Me in your street,
You in my shelter.
None of us want to be
The first one
Moving away,
In the end we are alike
In more than a few ways.

Foxes,
You and I we will
Stay here
For another dead hour,
Killing minutes for no reason,
Like some kind of Grim Reaper.

And the music,
It comes from nowhere,
From the dead branches of the tree,
Making flowers bloom,
Roses, Forget-me-not,
Daffodils in my room,
Star's lightning in the middle
Of the afternoon.

Awoken birds fly up high,
We have tamed one another.
As you stole the best of me,
We will always be together.

Bad timing, what a shame!

We all have an expiry date

There are too many broken finger nails
Scattered on the floor,
Underneath my head.
Lead to collect empty memories,
It left my mind feeling crippled, a wingless butterfly
Trapped in a colorful glass bottle
I keep craving your touch,
So I'll carve your name in half a dozen electric wires
Wishing to meet again with the sound of your eyes.

Turn the wheel, tenderly,
Cross the street, endlessly,
Here is my finger, here are your lips,
Pressed against my throat.
Another door opens at the back of my brain.

I can see decomposing words nailed on your left shoulder
Hanging by a string of stars,
Like so many kisses were before them.
Will you still dream SOS in patterns
When I switch this stirring light?
I can exist nowhere, except in my own head,
So please anchor me with you.
We all have an expiry date,
And my spirit will lay frozen until then.

Even the paper cuts, tenderly,
Even the sunlight bursts, endlessly,
Here is your finger, here are my lips,
Searching for your throat,
Sratching another identical asymetry.

Eating Sand

One brick falls straight into the river

Spring knocks on my door once more

Kisses are lost,as if forever,

Before even being exchanged

Maybe we still can be as one

Despite this lonely sickness

But on the quicksand we sleep

So tie down your heart to my wrist

Fill up my soul with your kiss

Tie down your heart to my wrist

Light up my soul...

Don’t find excuses

When it falls,it breaks

The sun rises from its ashes

But when it falls,it breaks

There is no need for promises

For when it falls,it breaks

Don’t look for excuses

You let it go

There's no need to speak with one voice

Why shall I figure a point out?

No diamonds and no forever

Every heartache is sweet bitter

While words can be worth dying for

I know dices are cast on the shore

So as we sleep on the quick sand

Remove my heart with both hands

For when it does beat for you

I cannot know what to do

Don’t find excuses

When it falls,it breaks

The sun raises from its ashes

But when it falls,it breaks

There is no need for promises

When it falls,it breaks

Don’t look for excuses

You let me fall...

Breaking down

Breaking down

Breaking down

I am breaking down

Wishing Well

I often wish I was a bird
Flying from tree to tree,
With no care in the world
About what people think of me

And in my mind I am a snowflake
Falling upon the grass,
Watching the world as I melt,
And become one at last

And then my hands start itching,
And my brain starts twitching,
And I end up wishing for something true,

Because my heart it is blinking,
And my eyes they just can't stop burning,
So I end up wishing for something new
I am wishing for you

I am still unable to see the bigger picture,
And I still get lost thinking about the past,
Sometimes I fear the crossroads more than the dead ends,
But I know that one day I will find the bridge
On the very back of my hand.

If then I figure myself out, could I still be free?
Or will too many chains hold me down,
Until I stop breathing?

And now my heart starts aching
And my bones won't stop melting,
So I end up wishing for something true.

Because my body it is breaking,
And my fingers, they just won't stop bleeding,
And I end up wishing for something new

I am wishing for you...
